braised pork
Overview
My brother was at home at noon and said he wanted to eat braised pork, haha, then it’s time for me to show off my cooking skills!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the pork belly into cubes, blanch it in a pot under cold water for ten minutes, and then blanch it for a while after boiling the pot
-
Then drain the water and put the meat on a plate
-
Prepare the ingredients, cut the green onion into sections and smash the garlic
-
Pour oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the star anise until it becomes fragrant. Then pour in the sugar. Do not fry for too long as it will become bitter. (Because I was in a hurry, there are no photos of these two steps) Put the meat into the pot and stir-fry continuously
-
Stir-fry the pork belly until slightly brown, pour in the cooking wine and continue to stir-fry for another minute
-
Then pour soy sauce and stir-fry until the pork belly is slightly red in color
-
Add water to the pot, just enough to cover the meat. Add the green onions, garlic, and ginger slices into the pot, pour some oyster sauce, and sprinkle some thirteen spices
-
Cover the pot, lower the heat to low, and start to simmer (because I use an induction cooker, I used medium heat during the previous frying process)
-
When the soup is less than three-quarters stewed, pick out the onion, ginger, garlic and star anise, add some salt, turn up the heat to reduce the juice, and finally sprinkle a few MSG
-
Ding ding ding ding~ The braised pork with full color, flavor and flavor is ready!
