Add appropriate amount of water to the flour and stir gently with chopsticks to form a fluffy consistency.

Knead it into a three-gloss dough with your hands, cover it and let it rest for a while.

Take an appropriate amount of dough and roll it into a thin and even sheet.

Brush with a layer of oil, sprinkle with a layer of salt, and sprinkle with a layer of chopped green onion and white sesame seeds.

Roll up from one end.

Spin in circles.

Flatten and roll into slices.

Brush oil in the pan and bake the cake.

Flip half way through and cook both sides until golden brown.

Just cut into small pieces and serve on a plate.
