Fried radish leaves
Overview
The white radish I grew myself has very tender leaves, so I didn’t waste any time and just stir-fried it to make a side dish.

Preparation: Wash radish leaves.

Blanch it in a pot of boiling water for one minute, then match the two carrot slices.

Take it out and put it in cold water.

Chop the carrots into small pieces with a knife, and prepare some minced garlic and diced bacon.

Add diced bacon in a hot pan and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Then add chopped carrots and minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Finally, add the radish leaves, add a little oil, and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

Add some salt and stir-fry evenly before serving.
