Ingredients to prepare: pork belly, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, green onion, turmeric wine (you can prepare one star anise)

Wash the pork belly

Cut the pork belly into cubes

Boil hot water under the cut pork belly

Remove everything when it turns white

Pour in the rice wine, green onions and ginger, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes

Put rock sugar (brown sugar) in a small oil pan and stir-fry until the sugar color turns

Pour in marinated pork belly and stir-fry

Until the edges of the meat are golden and all the color is colored

Pour water to cover the pork belly and add appropriate amount of soy sauce

After boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer
