Salt and pepper corn
Overview
The whole family likes to eat corn, which is rich in crude fiber. Every year when fresh corn is on the market, they buy it and cook it almost every day. This time, I defrosted the corn kernels and fried the salt and pepper corn. It is delicious and very good for weight loss.
