Wash the ribs and blanch them.

Put the blanched pork ribs into a casserole, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium to low heat, cover and simmer for half an hour.

Cut carrots into cubes.

After half an hour, add the carrots and continue cooking for another half hour.

Finally add fresh lilies.
