Refreshing cucumber
Overview
Pat green melon is a home-cooked cold dish that is cool, sour and spicy, and refreshing. Suitable for summer consumption. The weather is hot and I don’t have much appetite. My son asked me to eat some cucumber with him, so I took a photo of cucumber to wake up my stomach today. Ha~~~

Ingredients preparation: It is best to keep the cucumber in the refrigerator for more than 2-3 hours. Clean the cucumber, peel the sour chili and garlic and pat it apart.

Place on a chopping board and cut in half with a knife, then pat apart and then cut into pieces.
