Easily cook intestinal cleanser - roasted konjac tofu
Overview
Today I’m going to make a super simple but delicious grilled konjac tofu, which is known as an intestinal cleanser. The main component of konjac is glucomannan, which is a high-quality natural dietary fiber that can hinder the body's excessive absorption of sugar, fat, and cholesterol. Konjac does not provide calories during the human body's metabolism, but it can also increase satiety, dilute harmful substances in the stomach, improve intestinal control, and accelerate food digestion. It has preventive and auxiliary treatment effects on obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, digestive tract cancer, high cholesterol and other diseases through the intestines. It also has the effect of detoxifying and nourishing the skin, and is a veritable intestinal scavenger. The fiber in konjac has the function of promoting gastrointestinal peristalsis and laxative, and can quickly expel toxic substances in the intestines from the body, thereby effectively preventing constipation, and has an auxiliary therapeutic effect on colon cancer, hemorrhoids, and venous aneurysms. In addition, it also has the effect of reducing cholesterol accumulation in the body, which is of great significance in preventing and treating hypertension and arteriosclerosis. Konjac is also a unique food additive. If a small amount of konjac powder is added to food, it can not only increase nutrition but also improve food quality. Therefore, konjac is a new and ideal nutritional and health food. And I think the most popular thing about it is that it is very simple to cook. You can mix and cook it according to your own preferences. It will be delicious no matter how you make it!
