Dry-fry the mushroom cubes in a hot pan until they are slightly brown and slightly shrunk (no oil will prevent them from sticking to the pan), remove and set aside

Fry the bacon over low heat until oil comes out

Add ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant, add rice wine and a little water and simmer

Change to high heat, add mushroom pieces, pour a circle of soy sauce, and cook until slightly dry (add the nine-story tower before serving).
