Matcha radish
Overview
This is a radish side dish that has the aroma of tea and fruit. Matcha is usually used in baking, but this time I used it with Guozhen to pickle daikon, and the effect was quite good. Especially after being refrigerated, it is refreshing and appetizing.

Ingredients: white radish Seasonings: salt, matcha, guozhen.

Wash the white radish and cut into thick strips. Put it in a basin, add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 10 minutes to drain out the water. Rinse it with clean water to remove the spicy smell.

After drying the radish strips, add 5g of matcha powder.

Add appropriate amount of fruit juice.
