Overview
I have always liked the stir-fried sausage dishes made by my mother-in-law. It is a very homely and delicious dish. The sausages are made in-house and the ingredients are practical. The vegetables are cheap and delicious. They are tender and green and plump. Just looking at them makes people happy. When I saw some vegetables being sold in Haikou, I was so happy! Instead of Chongqing sausage, I used Hainan sausage, which tasted just as good.

Cut the sausage into thin slices;

Wash the vegetables and cut them into thin slices. They are very tender and do not need to be peeled. Slice the garlic;
