Shrimp skin and shredded radish
Overview
Everyone has their own preferences for radish and cabbage. Some people especially like yams, while others never eat eggplant. But I have always had a soft spot for radish. Today I would like to share with you a dish that uses simple ingredients, is simple in preparation, and has a very simple taste - Shredded Shrimp and Radish.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Rinse the prawns and set aside.
-
Peel and shred the radish (you don’t have to peel it to make it very clean, as the mustard oil is most in the skin).
-
Heat a pan and add a small amount of olive oil (same as other oils). Stir-fry the shredded radish under 50% heat, add a little oil, add a little water and fry until it is too dry. When the shredded radish becomes soft, add the dried shrimps, add a small amount of salt (both the dried shrimps and the oil are salted), chicken essence and green onions, stir well and serve.
