Overview

I like to steam Boston lobster with garlic vermicelli at home. Today I changed it to a Western method, using mushroom cream soup to add the flavor first and then baking it with cheese slices!

  1. Boil the purchased Boston lobster in water until it changes color

  2. Cut the lobster in half and remove the intestines

  3. Chop onions and mushrooms into small cubes

  4. Add butter to a pan and sauté minced onions until fragrant

  5. Add diced mushrooms and stir-fry

  6. Add a little salt, white pepper, white wine and appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil

  7. Add appropriate amount of light cream, mix well and cook until thickened, turn off the heat

  8. Peel the lobster meat out and put it into the sauce. You can actually cut the meat into small pieces

  9. Put the lobster meat back into the lobster shell and pour the cream sauce over it

  10. Place the cheese slices and shredded cheese, sprinkle with dried rosemary, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 8 minutes until the cheese melts
