Steamed tofu with minced meat
Overview
Last night I saw a dish on Weibo called Steamed Tofu with Minced Pork and Fish Flavor. Somehow, I could never make it taste fishy, so I simplified it and made a dish of steamed tofu with minced pork at noon. It is said that this steamed tofu with minced meat is delicious and goes very well with rice. Of course I am very happy when I get the affirmation! But I didn’t eat it. I ate too much fruit in the morning and had no appetite for food... The dishes I cook are very simple to prepare. As long as the steaming process is involved, I basically steam them on the steaming rack of the rice cooker while the rice is cooking. It kills two birds with one stone!
