Knead the dough to the expansion stage using the post-oil method and ferment it until it doubles in size

After deflating, divide the dough into 4 equal parts and let it rise at room temperature for 15 minutes

Take one part and roll it into a rectangle, cut both sides into strips, and spread the pineapple and raisins on the surface

The noodles on both sides are criss-crossed and stacked on top of the fruit, and the ends are closed

Put it into a baking pan and let it rise for a second time until it doubles in size. Brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with appropriate amount of soufflé chips

Place in a preheated 180-degree oven and heat the middle rack up and down for 18 minutes
