Curry Shredded Chicken Wings

I bought a pack of curry powder a few days ago, but I still don’t know what to make. Today, my mother just bought chicken wing roots and used them. It tastes good. But don’t eat too much curry, as it can easily cause you to get angry.

Ginger slices, louver leaves, and chicken wing roots are ready.

Roll up the louver and tie it into a knot to make a louver knot for later use.

Wash the chicken wing roots and make a few cuts to make them easy to cook and tasty.

Put the wing root into a bowl, add salt, cooking wine and curry powder and marinate for half an hour.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger slices.

Pour the chicken wing roots into the pot together with the marinated juice and stir-fry.

When the surface of the wing roots is cooked, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Add the louver knots and simmer over low heat until the chicken wings are cooked and moderately tender.
