Overview

I had leftover Du Sanzhen’s sauced pork at home and made some steamed buns last night. I got up and heated up the ingredients this morning. Here comes the delicious steamed buns!

  1. Mix medium flour with yeast and water to form a smooth dough

  2. Ferment until doubled

  3. Flatten and deflate, then divide into 6 equal parts and let rest for a while

  4. Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long strip

  5. Roll up

  6. Stand the roll up and flatten it

  7. Roll into round shape

  8. Put it in a pot without water and oil and bake

  9. Fry both sides over medium-low heat until golden brown and simmer for about 5 minutes

  10. Wash green peppers

  11. Leftover Du Sanzhen Sauce Pork

  12. Cut the green pepper and soy sauce meat into small cubes

  13. Cut the baked buns in half, do not cut them all off

  14. Just sandwich the diced green peppers and the diced pork with sauce. If you have a strong taste, you can drizzle a little gravy on it
