Skewers~~~Japanese style Oden
Overview
It’s been a long time since I’ve had Oden. I’ve been a bit greedy lately and want to eat everything. I bought some meatballs and planned to grill them for fear of getting burned. Later, it was changed to boiled, and some green vegetables and ham were added to make it a simple version of Japanese oden ~

Prepare the ingredients: seafood meatballs and bamboo skewers

First rinse the meatballs and drain them

String with bamboo skewers

String all together and set aside

Wash the lettuce, drain and set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil, add the meatballs and cook over high heat for 5 minutes

Add lettuce and ham slices and blanch for one minute

Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder, mix well and turn off the heat

Put it into a bowl, drop a little sesame oil and start~

If you like spicy food, you can dip it in your favorite chili sauce and other sauces like me

It’s so satisfying to take a big mouthful~
