Ingredients: Soybeans (soaked).

Rice (washed).

Pork bones (washed and blanched).

Chives.

Wash the soaked soybeans, put them into the pressure cooker together with the pork bones, add an appropriate amount of water and some cooking wine.

Bring to a boil.

Next, add the rice.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.
