The poached eggs are fried until golden brown on both sides.

Wash the white radish and cut into shreds.

After boiling the oil for 8 seconds, fry the shredded radish until soft.

Add poached eggs.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Add a pinch of salt.

Pour in a little light soy sauce (because the white radish is very fresh, you don’t need too much light soy sauce).
