Braised Pork Fillet with Tomato Sauce
Overview
The word "pork tenderloin" comes from the Cantonese word for pork tenderloin, which is preferably the inner muscle. It has the function of replenishing qi and nourishing the internal organs. It can be used for those with weak constitution, weight loss, malnutrition, spleen and stomach deficiency, and insufficient qi and blood. I added garlic chili sauce to this dish, which makes it slightly spicy and very refreshing.

Cut the pork loin into long strips and marinate with the salt, sugar and chicken powder in the seasoning for 10 minutes

Beat the eggs well, add cornstarch, a little salt and chicken powder, chop the tomatoes
