First marinate the shredded pork with salt, soy sauce, white pepper, cooking wine and starch for about 15 minutes.

Prepare chopped green onion, shredded ginger, and shredded pepper. Set aside.

First stir-fry the shredded meat in oil until it changes color and then serve out.

Add oil to the pot again, add chopped green onion and ginger and saute until fragrant, then add shredded pepper and stir-fry.

When the pepper shreds are about 70% cooked, add the shredded pork, add a little salt and soy sauce and stir-fry. Drizzle a little sesame oil before serving.
