Ingredients: 1 lettuce, 100 grams of water fungus, and a section of red pepper for decoration. Seasoning: salt, light soy sauce, and a little sesame oil.

Soak the fungus in cold water and wash it in advance.

Remove the root of the fungus and tear it into small pieces. Put the soaked fungus in boiling water in a pot, quickly take it out and put it into the cold boiled water prepared in advance and drain thoroughly.

Remove skin from lettuce.

Cut the lettuce into long slices with a spatula.

Then cut into 7cm segments.

Put the lettuce slices into a container and add salt.

Marinate for 10 minutes. Lettuce itself is rich in sodium and potassium and does not require much salt.

Drain the water from the marinated lettuce slices, fold each lettuce slice and arrange it along the edge of the plate.

Lettuce all arranged.

Add the fungus to the container, add salt, cooking oil and light soy sauce, mix well and pour into the lettuce plate. If you like garlic, add minced garlic.

Cut the red pepper into rings and place on top of the lettuce to garnish on a plate and serve.
