Wash the chicken feet and cut them in half.

Cut the peppers into rings, cut the green onions into diagonal slices, and mince the ginger and garlic.

Blanch the chicken feet in boiling water.

Then rinse with clean water.

Put the chicken feet into the pot, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and ginger slices, and cook for 15 minutes until cooked. You can easily dig it in with chopsticks.
