Childhood memory - raisins and pea yellow
Overview
When I was a kid, every New Year, when it was snowing, there would always be an old man at the market with a chopping board in his car, and on it would be persimmons and pea yellow slices cut into triangles. What a beautiful memory!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the peas, add an appropriate amount of water and put them in an electric stew pot to simmer (I'm lazy, so I just cook them in an electric stew pot, so I don't have to worry about it)
-
Put the cooked peas into the soymilk machine (if the water is too little, add a little more)
-
Select the "Mung Bean Paste" function
-
After half an hour, if you hear a beep, that’s it!
-
Return to the electric stew pot, add sugar and stir-fry (it is actually more convenient to use a wok, but I don’t want to wash the pot...)
-
Add appropriate amount of raisins, mix well, simmer for a while, and turn off the heat when it becomes thicker. Place the pot directly into the refrigerator to chill.
-
After one night, the pea yellow is ready!
-
Cut into pieces and enjoy! It doesn’t look great, but it’s really delicious! It totally smells like my childhood!
