Spinach is rich in nutritional value. I made a cold spinach tart.

Wash fresh spinach.

Cut off the roots and cut into sections.

Blanch the spinach segments and rinse in cold water.

Place the drained spinach segments into a basin.

Add salt, soy sauce, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, chili oil and stir evenly.

Prepare a plate and place the moss rings on the spinach tower.

After the spinach tart is assembled, pour out the soup from the ginger plate (this kind of presentation is very attractive).

Arrange peeled walnuts for garnish.
