Tomato and egg soup

A super simple and easy to make, super nutritious and delicious soup. It is one of the most common soups on my family table

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small slices, chop the garlic into minced garlic, and chop the onions into finely chopped green onions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic

Add tomatoes, add a little salt and stir-fry

Fry the tomatoes until they are soft and juicy (the degree of frying is up to personal preference, I prefer to stir-fry a little more, so that more juice is produced and the soup tastes thicker)

Then add a large bowl of water, cover the pot and let it boil for another five minutes. During this time, crack the eggs into the bowl and beat them into egg liquid

Pour the egg liquid into the tomato soup, stirring clockwise while pouring, so that the egg liquid does not condense into large pieces

After the soup boils again, add salt and chicken essence, take it out of the pot, pour it into a soup bowl, and sprinkle with chopped green onion (I forgot to take a photo of the chopped green onion 😂)
