Purple lentils are a new variety of lentils with bright colors. After firing, the color fades heavily, and the taste is nothing special. I was just curious and cooked this braised purple lentil dish

Purple lentils.

Pick it clean and set aside.

Prepare onion, ginger and meat cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and ginger until fragrant. Add the meat cubes and stir-fry.

Cook and add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

Add light soy sauce. Add appropriate amount of water.

After boiling, add purple lentils and stir-fry evenly. Cook for about 10 minutes, adding salt to taste.

Cook until the purple lentils are cooked, add MSG to enhance the freshness, and then turn off the heat.

Remove from pan, plate, and serve.
