Prick the egg yolk with a bamboo skewer to prevent it from splattering due to thermal expansion

Sprinkle some white pepper (black pepper) on the eggs (this is optional, depending on your mood)

Cover with plastic bag or plastic wrap and microwave for about 50 seconds
