Ingredients: Rice (washed).

Spare ribs (washed and blanched).

Potatoes (wash, peel, cut and blanch until half cooked).

Chives.

Put the ribs into the pressure cooker, pour in an appropriate amount of water, and add some cooking wine.

Bring to a boil.

Then, add the rice and bring to a boil.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Simmer until there is no air, then open the lid and add the potatoes.

Stir and bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
