Chive bibimbap
Overview
High-quality rice is white in color, rich in luster, fresh in smell, and strong in toughness. When made into rice, it tastes good and has a strong aroma. As a southerner, I eat rice every day and am very concerned about the quality of the rice. Good rice, even as simple as chive rice, is a childhood memory of those born in the 70s/80s.
