Overview
Savory chive and sesame biscuits, my mother likes to eat these biscuits, she said: they are crunchy, they will stay crispy no matter how long you keep them, and they don’t have much oil.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients: flour (cornstarch is also included), milk, chives, corn oil, sesame seeds, salt, and baking soda.
-
Heat the milk to 30 degrees and remove from the heat.
-
Add baking powder to milk, mix well, and chop chives.
-
Mix together flour, baking soda, salt, milk liquid, and black sesame seeds.
-
Pour in corn oil and knead into a uniform dough.
-
Add chopped chives, knead evenly, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 20 minutes.
-
The dough has risen. Move it to the board and knead it to deflate the dough.
-
Roll out the dough into a large, thin sheet and use a cookie cutter to cut out flower shapes.
-
Place the biscuit base on the baking sheet and arrange it, leaving a gap, otherwise the biscuits will stick together when they expand. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place it in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 160 degrees and bake for 5 minutes. When the surface is golden brown, it's ready.

Look at the round flower-shaped biscuits.
