Jade White Jade Soup
Overview
When I was young, I went to the north for a few years, which made me realize that I have a special liking for pasta. The way to eat today, according to some comrades, is pig food. And for me, this one-pot dish is absolutely delicious. Jade White Jade Soup, a wonderful name, is actually a bowl of noodle soup. The ones I made before were not authentic, because the slices of flower blossoms could not form nice-looking lumps in my pot. I could only add water and mix them randomly into a hard paste, and use chopsticks to pinch off the big lumps. Today, I stole a trick from my master and borrowed a colander, and I finally made a bowl of even gnocchi soup.
