Mix all the main ingredients except olive oil together, knead it into a smooth dough and then add olive oil until a thin film can be pulled out, and ferment until it doubles in size.

Divide the fermented dough into pieces of about 70 grams each.

Let the whole circle relax for twenty minutes.

Flatten the dough to deflate it, use your fingers to create a hollow in the middle, and then turn it evenly.

Ferment until doubled in size, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
