Pork belly slices

Cut onions into cubes, wash green peppers and set aside

Pour cauliflower in boiling water

Add an appropriate amount (not too much) of oil and stir-fry the pork belly until lightly browned

Add onion, ginger and a spoonful of sweet sauce

Add a spoonful and a half of bean paste and stir-fry

Stir fry until the color is even (if the color is too light, you can add an appropriate amount of soy sauce)

Add onions and green peppers and stir-fry over medium heat for two minutes

Add cauliflower that has been soaked in boiling water

If the stir-fry taste is too bland, you can add an appropriate amount of salt and a little star anise powder

If you want to taste better, you can add half a spoon of sugar and a little MSG to taste

Stir-fry twice, serve, and eat
