Breakfast carrot cake
Overview
I usually have some leftover rice at home, but I think it’s too greasy if fried, so I paired it with carrots, which my baby doesn’t like, and it turned into a pizza that my baby loves! Haha, my baby named the cake. The breakfast is paired with a piece of apple, and a healthy and nutritious breakfast is easily solved.

Spread the stirred egg liquid evenly in the pan. Seeing that I am lazy and save the trouble, I finished it in one pan. It’s best to make it smaller and do it in two batches, because that way it’s easier to turn the pot

When one side is golden brown, flip it over and both sides are golden brown! After it was done, I used a mold to press it into a shape so that the baby would be more appetizing after seeing it.
