Shrimp potato pie
Overview
There are a lot of new potatoes at home, and I’ve been eating them in different ways recently. I also tried making potato pie for the first time. There was no meat. The potatoes were filled with shrimp skin and chopped green onion. They were fried on both sides in an electric pan until golden brown. It was fragrant on the outside and waxy on the inside. It is low-fat and light. Friends who like vegetarian food can also try it😋.
