Overview
Eating radish in winter and ginger in summer will eliminate all diseases. Every winter, my mother-in-law will prepare a lot of dried vegetables. Among all the dried vegetables, my favorite is dried radish. Using dried radish, I can make many kinds of pickles. Every time I make the pickles, they are not only welcomed by my family, but I bring them to the office and they are all eaten up. They are great for rice and are more fragrant than meat. Prepare dried radish

Soak in water for a day and night

After repeated washing, squeeze out the water

Add about 10 grams of light soy sauce and a little more dark soy sauce for color. The color will be darker and more appetizing, but not too black. Add a little salt, not too salty.

Add more sugar, chicken essence, and lard (as shown in the picture). Be careful not to add onions and ginger, otherwise the taste will be different.

Mix well and steam over high heat for 30 to 35 minutes. (The softer ones are delicious, be flexible with your time)

Take out of the pan and mix well.

Let cool, add chopped green onion, if you like garlic, you can add chili, add sesame seeds or chopped peanuts, mix well, and it's ready.
