Overview

On the weekend, my friend brought his child over to play. The child brought a Doraemon with him and couldn't put it down. I improvised and made a small dessert with my friend. It is the favorite snack of the cartoon character Doraemon in the cartoon Doraemon~~ Dorayaki, with homemade chestnut paste as filling. The finished Dorayaki pancake skin exudes a rich aroma of honey and has a soft texture. The delicate outer skin is mixed with the smooth chestnut paste filling.   1. Prepare the ingredients, mix low-gluten flour and baking powder, and put eggs and white sugar into a bowl.
