How to make permanent profits from spiced tea eggs
Overview
Oh, today I recommend a must-have snack on my family’s dining table, tea eggs. I have always felt that tea eggs have magic power. I feel that everyone who has eaten them likes the taste. I have loved eating them since I was a child, and now I like to make them myself. Let’s share them with you and let’s make them together! ! !

Steps
-
Put the tea eggs in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, turn off the heat and simmer for a minute. About ten eggs are eaten almost twice a day.
-
Prepare the seasoning: one and a half spoons of dark soy sauce, three spoons of light soy sauce, one spoonful of sugar, one spoonful of salt, add water and stir (stir evenly, taste for saltiness, and add salt as appropriate).
-
Two bay leaves, one cinnamon bark, and three star anise. My star anise was all broken hahaha. I just grabbed a small handful of black tea (more or less won’t have much impact). I didn’t weigh the exact grams. After all, daily cooking is a bit troublesome.

Take out the egg and crack the shell. Just crack it as much as you want, just don't crack the egg at all😄.

Put water in the pot, pour in the eggs, seasonings, and ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, cook for three minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer. (I usually do it the night before, soak the eggs in the pot overnight, and boil them in the morning before eating them. They are very delicious.) If you are in a hurry and want to eat, you should at least wait three or four hours so that the egg whites will have the flavor~~

What are you waiting for? It’s great when paired with noodles, soy milk, milk, or porridge as a midnight snack~
