Prepare materials;

Heat the pan with cold oil over low heat

Pour oil into the pan, add tofu cubes, and fry until golden brown on both sides;

In another pot, heat oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant;

Add carrot cubes and stir-fry until raw;

Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry evenly, then pour in the mixed sauce;
