Add sugar powder, corn oil and milk to the egg yolks and stir until no oil appears

Add sifted flour and mix until there is no dry powder

Keep the mixed egg yolk paste aside

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites. Add sugar in three batches and beat until the egg whites form stiff corners when you lift the whisk.

Add the egg whites to the egg yolk paste in three batches, stir well each time before adding the next time. Do not stir in circles to avoid defoaming

Pour the mixed cake batter into the mold from high angle and shake out the big bubbles. Preheat the oven at 145 degrees for 10 minutes and bake for about 50 minutes. Immediately after taking out the oven, invert the cake to let it cool completely before removing it from the mold.
