Spicy fried edamame

Wash the edamame and cut off both ends. Isn’t it cute?

Prepare the ingredients: chopped pepper, chopped green onion, millet and pepper cut into rings

Mix sweet potato noodles with water into a thin paste.

Blanch the edamame in a pot. Fry it until it's almost done, and the dirt and hair on the surface have been removed.

Put oil in the pot and sauté the ingredients until fragrant.

Add edamame and stir-fry, add light soy sauce to taste.

Pour in the prepared sweet potato batter. Carefully stir-fry and coat with edamame.
