Chive flower squid
Overview

Prepare various ingredients: about 250 grams of squid, 2 taels of leeks (can be increased or decreased according to personal taste), minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce and oyster sauce!

Clean and slice the squid, and cut the chive flowers into sections for later use!

Put the cut squid slices into the pot and blanch them.
