Pumpkin, red date and honey rice cake
Overview
A very sweet pumpkin rice cake soup, in which I add my homemade honey osmanthus, the aroma of red dates and a light cinnamon aroma, and a sweet taste. Everything tastes so sweet.

Cut the rice cake into small pieces and cook in a pot over high heat.

Peel the pumpkin and cut into thin slices.

Cook until the rice cake becomes soft.

Add pumpkin.

Add red date slices.

Cook until the pumpkin is cooked, the rice cake becomes soft, the red dates have swollen, and when the soup is almost gone, add the honeyed osmanthus and serve.
