Water spinach with pepper oil and sesame
Overview
Although the color of this water spinach is not good-looking when fried, it tastes really good. Every water spinach is full of crispy and fragrant sesame flavor. Water spinach is rich in vitamins and trace elements. Its calcium, potassium, vitamin C, carotene, and riboflavin contents are one to several times higher than those of ordinary spinach. Wash the water spinach and cut it into 5 cm long segments.
