Fried fish patties with green pepper

The fish patties are spread thinly and fried to a crisp, sweet and chewy. The green pepper is slightly spicy and sweet, crispy and delicious

Cut the green pepper in half, remove the seeds, and cut into thick strips diagonally

Heat vegetable oil in a pan

Put the fish paste into the pan and fry it. Dip the oil with a smooth rice spoon and gently press the fish paste to spread it out and turn it into fish cakes

After five minutes, flip over and continue frying until both sides are golden brown and slightly burnt (already cooked)

Take it out and place it on the cutting board and cut into thick strips, then cut diagonally into long rhombus shapes

Stir-fry the green peppers in the pan until they turn slightly darker

Add appropriate amount of salt and continue to stir-fry

Add the fish patties and stir-fry for about 1 minute

Add a small spoonful of water and a small spoonful of soy sauce, stir-fry until the juice is reduced
