Rhubarb rice and Laba porridge
Overview
When the cold hits Laba, a bowl of hot porridge warms the body, stomach and nourishes. When I was a kid, the Laba porridge was made from rhubarb rice, which was very memorable.

400g of rhubarb rice; 100g of kidney beans. Method: 1. Add the large yellow rice to a basin, add an appropriate amount of water and wash thoroughly.

Boil a pot of boiling water, add it to the basin containing rhubarb rice, and soak for more than 2 hours.

During this period, you can cook the beans and rinse the kidney beans and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pressure cooker, add kidney beans, set the porridge cooking function, and turn on the switch.

Pour the cooked kidney beans and soup into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat.

Add the soaked rhubarb rice and bring to a boil over medium-low heat. Stir with a spatula while cooking to avoid burning the pot.
