Three-vegetarian platter
Overview
The health value of okra goes without saying. This is a colorful cold dish. There are delicate and bright cucumber flowers, green okra that nourishes the kidneys and qi, and fresh and crisp pickled lotus root strips. On one plate, the three tastes of marinated, fried, and boiled are demonstrated. Taking okra as the protagonist, it represents the main color of the Christmas season, winter green. Stir eggs, flour, and baking powder into a paste. Then wash and drain the fresh cucumber flowers and pass them through the batter.

Pour oil into the pot, heat until 8 is cooked, place in the pot and fry for about three minutes, until crispy. Drain the oil on kitchen paper and set aside. Wait until the oil is drained and then place on the plate.

Wash the okra and blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Take it out and put it directly into cold water. Place on ice. (You can freeze some petals in ice cubes for better effect)
