Pour the flour into the basin.

Slowly pour the hot water in a circular motion, and use chopsticks to stir the flour into dough.

Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Make the pastry: Turn the stove to low heat, put the oil into the pot and pour in the flour.

Stir with a spoon until it becomes sticky.

Knead the risen dough and roll it into a large round cake.

Spread the prepared pastry evenly on the crust.

Roll up slowly from one end.

Cut it into even portions, the size is whatever you want, I divided it into 8 pieces.

Put the sugar into a bowl, then add some dry flour and mix well (the flour is put in so that the sugar will not drip easily when eating the cake, so as not to burn your mouth)

Take a dose and pinch both ends tightly.

Press flat with the palm of your hand.

Roll out the dough and add sugar.

Shape into buns (or just seal the mouth)

Turn it over and flatten it, then use a rolling pin to roll it into a cake shape.

Make the cakes one by one.

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and fry pancakes over low heat.

After coloring, flip over and sear the other side.
